Pamela Purdy Stephens starts a new chapter

Pamela started out the new year by retiring from Accenture where she worked as a Project Manager for the last 10 years. As a young wife and mother, she discovered her passion for computers, and they formed the centerpiece of her 42-year career. Major companies she worked for included Bank of America, Shell Oil and Halliburton, and her resume started to read like a list from the S&P. She traveled widely and her most memorable professional experience was being asked to speak in Dharan, Saudi Arabia, at a meeting to which a woman had never before been invited.
