9/6/18. Sometimes, one of our class members discovers the obituary of a classmate who died some years ago. That’s what happened when Dale Withers Peck remembered that June 10 was the birthday of a friend from junior high school and high school, Fran Morgan. They hadn’t been in touch for about a decade, but Dale decided to try to find her and was dismayed when a Web search produced an obituary from 2018.
Dale said she and Fran used to walk home from Forsythe together and that Fran was "very funny, always laughing and giggly". A booklover, she also loved movies and animals. Fran was close to her family, including twin sisters, and cared for her mother at the end of her life.
