Quite a few class members have already celebrated 50th wedding anniversaries, and others are getting really close. Some of you fall into a small but special category: both the bride and the groom are members of the class of '65. Pete Souza and Barb Kendall Souza met at AAHS and were married on June 15, 1968. Terry Juntunen was Pete's best man and Nancy Steeb (Class of '66) was Barb's matron of honor. Barb recalls "I remember my mom asking Bonnie Holzhauer (Bean) on the day we got married, 'Do you think they will stay married?'" As a matter of fact, they did, and Barb can say now, "We have had a wonderful life!" You can see a photo of the three old friends, along with Barb and Pete's wedding portrait.
