Duane Brown Makes His Move

After 40 years living on lower Nob Hill in San Francisco, Duane Brown sold his exceptional home in the Belgravia, a stately building dating from 1913. It was a favorite gathering place for Bay Area class members and visitors, such as John and Sandy Kuhn Sharum, Sharon Ralph Gingras, Dawn Cole Kirk, Jamie and Martha Payne Harris, Dale Withers Peck, Mim Streiff Poag, Nancy McArtor, David Slee, Ron Adams, Blackie and Vicki Guenther Farrell, George and Barb Henry, Camille Procassini, and Patricia Arnold Carney.

Duane’s place was the scene of many wonderful dinner parties and other excuses to get together. For the time being, Duane is pondering where he will ultimately land, but he'll start out in the Ann Arbor area. Thanks to a tip from Pamela Conn Hyde, he learned that Cheryl Meyer Sartori was looking for a renter for the Sartoris’ Whitmore Lake house. Duane will take up residence there until June. After that? He may become one of the "rolling stones" of the class (there are several of us now), visiting different parts of the country before finding a new home for his grand piano and other treasures.
