As part of the CNN series, "Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown", Bourdain went down to Miami for a segment aired on May 3. One of the interesting characters who introduced him to Miami's food scene, most of it off the beaten path, was a man who takes healthy eating seriously, our own Jim Osterberg.
